"Service in the restaurant was horrible. It felt like we were bothering the waiter when we ordered food."

"Twin room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. Difficult to control heat in the room though. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast included. Convenient location. Only stayed for 2 nights and it provided what I needed."

"Great location and breakfast, friendly and helpful staff."

"Central location ten minute walk from all major attractions in Bergen. Hotel is the center of many events. There was a Christmas event the night we arrived. We had a safe of great Norwegian, hot chocolate with cream. The breakfast is unbelievable. Everything you can think of at a superb quality level. I haven’t seen a breakfast like that one in a long time. Highly recommend the hotel."
