Villa Aria is a stunning house built in 2019 and nestled in the tranquil town of Bralici, just a stone's throw away from the enchanting destinations of Vrsar, Rovinj, and Porec. This remarkable holiday home offers an unforgettable escape, promising unparalleled privacy and serenity.

Spread across a 528 sqm land plot and over 100 sqm of living space, Holiday House Aria is an oasis of tranquility where up to 6 guests can unwind.

Upstairs are two separate and cozy bedrooms with one modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and bright and airy living room have a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests. Villa Aria also offers modern amenities for added comfort, including a Wi-Fi, SAT-TV and two air conditioners.
In the open-plan modern kitchen, equipped with all the essentials including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and juicer.

At outside there is covered terrace and charming dining area with sun protection offers the perfect setting for al fresco meals amidst the serene ambiance.
There is also the expansive outdoor area with a large fully fenced plot with a 32 sqm private pool, complete with an outdoor shower and sun deck adorned with sun loungers.

Très bon séjour

Super séjour dans une superbe villa gérée par un homme super agréable et accueillant. Villa très belle et confortable très bien située et bien au calme. Tout était parfait.

Das Haus entsprach genau den Bildern und somit unseren Erwartungen, sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet mit einem schönen großen Pool! Sehr ruhige Lage und doch ist man schnell mit dem Auto an der Küste oder im Landesinneren. Der Besitzer spricht deutsch und ist sehr aufmerksam, kommt alle paar Tage vorbei, um den Pool sauber zu machen (früh morgens) und kümmert sich auch sonst rührend z.B. Wein und Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
