"Beautiful hotel. The staff were so nice. Cars are not allowed in the city, the hotel picks you up from the dropping off place. Needs to be coordinated with the hotel. This hotel has many stairs. The room was comfortable."

"This property is right in the heart of old town, and the perfect spot for exploring Rovinj. At first we were confused about the parking situation, but the staff made it very convenient and hassle free once you arrive. The friendly and proactive communication by staff made all the difference. Definitely would recommend!"

"This hotel is in a very good location right by the water front. The scene outside is a bit busy, but it was quiet after hours. The room we had was well furnished and the bathroom was clean and modern. Unfortunately we were in a top floor and the ceiling was sloped quite low over part of the room, so it was not as spacious or functional as we would have liked. The included breakfast was very good. "It would not take much to get 5 stars, but this stay was off season and service fell just short of perfect. We had dinner twice even though the menu was very limited. The second time, my wife's steak was requested rare and came overcooked. Replacement took 15 min which was very unpleasant arriving after having finished mine. This was not handled the way you expect from Relais & Chateaux. "

"Overall it was a great stay. From the time we arrived, the service was great. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room was ready before we arrived, so no waiting time. Full valet service with free parking, which is not the norm in other hotels. The room was nice and spacious. Had everything we required, and was topped up throughout the day. Food was great at all the restaurants and value for money. Enjoyed the beach, indoor pool and spa facilities. The only request i would make, is that they remove the carpets from the elevators."
