"We tried calling for a late check in HOURS before they said the office was closed.. they never answered the phone. As a result we showed up and of course they were closed. Had to book the last room that was available in Porec for the night after midnight for 3x what we paid for the room here. Have not received any communication back from the hotel after requesting a refund."

"The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area. The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received. Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. (E.g no light bulb in the room/ do we get more loo roll on a 6 night stay?!). As someone else said 3 months...

"The photos do not do it justice. This place was so wonderful!! Rovinj is a most charming town and this place was no exception. The entrance is on the busy walking street which made it easy to get to everything, but once inside it’s very private. Dominik was extremely helpful and welcoming. He and his wife made an incredible breakfast. We loved everything about this place!!"

"Der Aufenthalt war perfekt,es war alles sauber ,wurde jeden Tag Müll geleert usw , alle war sehr nett ,auch mit dem Hund war alles gut . Bei der Ankunft war es kurz komisch weil keiner wusste das wir du dritt mit Tochter kommen obwohl ich es so gebucht habe , aber wir konnten es klären und war dann auch so OK . Ich würde es weiter empfehlen und vielleicht auch wieder kommen ."
