"The management from bottom to top are excellent! Very helpful , Harold the manager, Elke the admin are exceptional! Correspondences with questions and requests were quickly answer by Elke - first, the very next day - due to 9 hours time difference. We are in Arizona. We did not end up using the upgraded room we paid additionally, I asked for refund, after returning in Arizona, I emailed them, providing my banking info. refund was in my account within 24 hours."

"From the start to the end, our stay was amazing! Excellent service from the receptionist, room was huge (junior suite), bed was huge and super comfy, bathroom was a good size with a good shower, nice towels and shampoo etc. the toilet was in another room but turned out better due to privacy. Food to have a heated towel rail to dry our togs after our swim. The indoor swimming pool was so large, good temperature, very clean and in a luxurious room! Nice seats after the swim, dressing gowns a bonus, very warm room to sit in - excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. So much food, all delicious and a great variety. The hot food was just warm both mornings - the only negative. Good, free car park. Would definitely stay again."
