We celebrated our wedding on that villa. Location: The location is in quiet village 40 km from Prague, very easy to access with 1st highway. For grocery shops I recommend to go to Benesov (10-15 minutes drive): Lidl, Billa, Penny and Kaufland are there. Facilities: The house is full of equipment for cooking, playing and relaxing. Beds are very comfortable and are enough for everyone, 5 bedrooms are a lot of space. Sauna and pool are very nice and relaxing. The outside area is sunny and there are a lot of chairs to sit outside and get some sun. BBQ is great and easy to use. Cleanliness and service: Villa was clean and Ales provided everything needed upon arrival.

Despite a deposit snafu that risked marring the whole experience (the owner's bank did not get him the deposit from the wire transfer and then sent back only 10% of the transfer, the matter has yet to be resolved unfortunately) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were two families with 9 total people and the house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The rooms are spacious and perfect for two families with kids as the two master bedrooms are on separate floors. There is ample seating for large groups and the pool is small but suitable for an evening dip especially for the children. Make sure you get good instructions from Ales on how to manage the electricity or heating the pool will add up. The outside of the house was a little run down (a random broken down van greets you as you enter the drive) but I'm sure it looks much nicer during the summer. Overall I would recommend this house to a large family or two interested in staying near Prague without paying for 3-4 hotel rooms. It is incredibly convenient to get to the nearest P+R (Opatov) but please remember to get your metro ticket stamped! The house didn't wow and the deposit problem was an annoyance but it still made for a great weekend.

Wir waren drei Familien über Silvester im Haus. Ein sehr schönes, großes Haus mit Pool und Sauna. Pool ist super sauber Wasser richt nicht nach Chlor die Kinder haben riesen Spaß gehabt. Der Besitz ist sehr nett und freundlich und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder. Dankeschön

Super toller Pool,bei der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar, Bier, Wasser, Wein wurden als Begrüßung bereitgestellt. Einzig die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein aber im Ganzen war es ein super Haus/Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, es war sauber und alles was man braucht findet man vor Ort. Der Kamin ist klasse und die Kids haben den Pool geliebt. Ales ist immer gut zu erreichen und sehr nett! Leider waren die Matratzen teilweise etwas durchgelegen. Vielleicht kann man hier neue besorgen. Dann ist es perfekt. Bei dem Objekt muss man mit relativ hohen Stromkosten rechnen, da der Pool beheizt ist.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 6 Vätern mit 11 Kindern im Haus und wurden bei unserer Anreise vom Vermieter sehr nett auf Deutsch begrüßt. Es gab eine kurze Einweisung zur Nutzung von Pool, Sauna, Heizung usw. Im Kühlschrank befand sich schon ein Begrüßungsbier und Wasser. Das große Dachzimmer mit 5 großen Einzelbetten wurde von 5 Kindern gleich in Beschlag genommen. Im Zimmer steht ein Flachbild-TV. Die anderen 4 Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Betten sind sauber und ausreichend bequem. Es sind ausreichend Bezüge, Decken, Handtücher usw. vorhanden. Auf beiden Etagen gibt es ein Bad mit WC. Im Keller befindet sich noch eine Not-Toilette. Die Küche mit Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und zwei großen Kühlschränken ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es waren genug Sitzplätze vorhanden. Es gab auch Trockentücher, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Kaffeefilter, Lappen etc. Im Keller befand sich noch ein zusätzliches Induktionsfeld zum Kochen, welches wir gleich mit in die Küche genommen haben. Der 29C° warme Pool wurde viel genutzt. Wir haben im Karaokeraum mit der vorhandenen PS3 und im Freizeitraum Tischtennis gespielt. WLAN lief mit 10Mbit ganz gut. Das große Wohnzimmer mit Kamin + Holz, großer Terrasse und Flachbildschirm + Wii war in Ordnung. Es gab genug Parkplätze für 2 VW Busse + 2 Caddys. Bei der Abreise wurde sofort der verbrauchte Strom berechnet. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen und preiswerten Aufenthalt.

Wir haben den Urlaub im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet wie auch die vertragliche Abwicklung. Jede Familie hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer. Ausgiebig haben wir das Schwimmbad und die Sauna genutzt. In der Nähe gibt es einen Farmapark mit indoorspielplatz. Sehr zu empfehlen mit Kindern. Brötchen gibt's in Cercany oder auch in Benesov. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ausreichend Pfannen und Töpfe. Ein Ausflug nach Prag macht man am besten mit dem Zug, am Bahnhof Cercany einsteigen. Preis ca. 2,50€ pro Erwachsener, Tickets gibt's am Schalter im Bahnhof. War ein schöner Urlaub. Gerne wieder!

Wir sind als Großfamilie mit 11 Personen angereist und wurden am Anreisetag freundlich vom Vermieter begrüßt. Das Haus ist so, wie beschrieben, sauber, geräumig, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Natürlich haben wir den großen Innen-Pool jeden Tag genutzt. Schlafmöglichkeiten sind in den 5 Schlafzimmern mehr als genug, die Küche ist neu und es fehlt an nichts. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Cercany gefahren, dort ist jeden Tag geöffnet, Zugfahrten nach Prag sind billig mit ca. 2 Euro für Hin- und Rückfahrt pro Person. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen, bei Abreise betrugen die Stromkosten ca. 130 Euro für 1 Woche, das war angemessen, bei 11 Handy´s, die ständig geladen werden mussten und mit Waschmaschinen- und Trocknernutzung. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus sehr gerne weiter und vielleicht kommen wir auch wieder vorbei.

Wir waren zu 11 Personen für eine Woche über Weihnachten in dem Haus.Wir sind mit voller Erwartung dahin gefahren,weil es ja so schön dargestellt wurde.Aber es war nicht alles so.Ein bisschen enttäuscht waren wir dann schon vom gesamt Eindruck. Aussengelände sehr ungepflegt,Die Wohnstube mit ihren Wänden u. Lampen eigentlich sehr kalt u. ungemütlich.Das Karaokezimmer nicht betretbar weil es zugestellt war.Die Stromkosten sehr hoch und die Reinigung beim Ankommen im Haus war auch nicht zum Wohlfühlen,so daß wir erst noch mal gereinigt haben.Kühe war neu und auch sehr gut.Der Pool ist auch so wie dargestellt. Ich glaube daß wir hier kein Urlaub mehr machen möchten.

Wir haben nur einen Tag und eine Nacht im Haus verbracht anlässlich einer Familienfeier. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert, sauber, gut eingerichtet, besonders das große Grundstück sticht heraus, ideal für 2-3 Familien mit Kindern. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter sehr korrekt. Mit Sicherheit werden wir in Zukunft dieses Haus wieder mieten, jedoch für länger. We spent only one day and one night in the house for a family reunion. The house is very nice, clean, the garten is huge. We are sure to rent this house again in the future.

Wir waren im Oktober mit der Großfamilie (12 Personen von 4 bis 72 Jahre alt) in diesem Haus und waren erfreut über das großzügige Raumangebot als auch die Ausstattung des Hauses. Ausreichend bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten sowohl im Ess- als auch im Wohn- und Außenbereich des Hauses. Die Freizeiteinrichtungen im Haus sind so reichlich, dass auch an Regentagen kein Frust aufkam. Die Ausflüge nach Prag (mit P+R ab S-Bahn Opatov) sind bequem zu organisieren und genauso interessant wie zu den vielen Burgen im Umkreis. Wir würden das Feriendomizil Freunden weiterempfehlen und es sicherlich auch selbst wieder anmieten.

We hebben een fijne vakantie in het huis gehad. Zowel volwassen als kinderen hebben zich in en om het huis goed kunnen vermaken. Het zwembad was een pre zowel bij goed als bij slecht weer. Bezienswaardigheden/restaurants waren met de auto goed bereikbaar. Iedere ochtend verse broodjes halen bij de winkel in het dorp was prettig. De huiseigenaar was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, stond open voor suggesties wat betreft verbeteringen aan de woning. Wij geven deze vakantiewoning het rapportcijfer 8 en zullen misschien in de toekomst nog eens gebruik maken van deze woning. We have had a great holiday in the house. Both adults and children have in and around home well entertained. The pool was a plus in good and in bad weather. Attractions / restaurants were easily accessible by car. Every morning fresh bread out of the village shop was nice. The owner was friendly and helpful, was open to suggestions regarding improvements to the property. We give this holiday an 8 out of 10 and perhaps we use this property again in the future.

We were a group of adult persons and spent a wonderful week! The villa was like it is presented in the internet in a quiet little village and easy to reach via a highway. In the village are facilities like a little grocer store and a restaurant. The owner, a very friendly and correct person was present at the arrival and at the departure. The indoor swimming pool and the fireplace were a highlight for us! Wir waren eine Gruppe Erwachsener und verbrachten dort eine tolle Woche! Wir haben die Villa so angetroffen, wie sie im Internet präsentiert wird. Im Dorf gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen und ein kleines Restaurant. Der Besitzer, ein sehr freundlicher und korrekter Herr war bei An- und Abreise anwesend. Die Schwimmhalle und der offene Kamin waren für uns besonders reizvoll.

Ein tolles Haus, mit allem Komfort, auch im Winter. Gute Zimmeraufteilung, schöne Küche, sehr benutzerfreundlich eingerichtet und bequeme Sitzgelegenheit. Der offene Kamin sorgt für gemütlich-romantische Stimmung und mit dem großen Fernseher mit Wii-Sports Angebot sind auch kleine und große Spielefans bestens bedient. Außerdem kann man sich noch in der Karaokebar tummeln oder Billard, Tischtennis und Kicker spielen. Schwimmbad und Sauna sind sehr sauber und gepflegt und man kann im Winter in den Schnee hinaus zum abkühlen. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr! Vielen Dank auch nochmal an den Vermieter, der immer sehr bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste ist und es ihnen an nichts fehlen lässt. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Wir hatten eine sher schöne Woche mit 9 Personen in diesem Ferienhaus. Bei Sonnenschein ist es wunderbar. Jeder kann seinen Platz finden - ob im Garten oder auf der Terasse. Bis Prag fährt man 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Man braucht ein Auto. In der Nähe gibt es das Schloss Konopiste anzusehen. Das Haus selbst liegt abgelegen und man hat Ruhe und kann sich erholen. Wenn man den Pool und die Saune nutzt, muss man mit ca. 180 - 200€ Strom rechnen. Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist dieses Haus sehr geeignet. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Angaben im Internet waren korrekt, das Haus inklusive Innenpool sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter, war zur An-und Abreise da. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt (Heizung, Sauna, Pool, Karaoke etc.) und bei der Abreise wurden die Nebenkosten (Strom) mit der hinterlegten Kaution verrechnet. In der Umgebung gibt es viel Sehenswertes und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie auch beschrieben. Die kleine Gaststätte im Ort hatte gutes und preisgünstiges Essen und das Bier war auch okay. The Owner is very friendly and the House is clean. The Pool is very nice. Our Children have a good time. The house is good for two or three familys.
