"I love staying at Porto Palace! The staff have excellent customer service skills, are courteous and always have a smile. They accommodated every request I made and provided guidance when needed. "We loved the convenience and proximity to the ocean-front and great restaurants. Coming from a place prior that had a balcony, we missed that part and having our coffees out there, however, it would have been quite noisy since it’s on a main street. With the windows closed, the room was very quiet which was lovely. The room itself was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more. We’d recommend to others!"
