"Great hotel, with great location by the river and great 3rd party underground parking right opposite. Only issues were Breakfast, Sunday morning was Chaos, the 1 member of staff did their best, but everything was lacking, like tables not cleaned, and at any one time when you went to the buffet there was always a few things that had run out, from clean plates, glasses, Cups, ran out of Waffle batter, no tomatoes, no fresh juice, no pastries.. they would re plenish one thing only for 2 others to run out, felt sorry for them, as should have been staffed better. Aircon was weak, fair enough the weather was very hot, but the room was at best a little cooler than outside, not cold, as you could expect from a new building ran by a premium chain. Having said all this it is the 3rd time I've stayed here and would definitely stay again or at its sister hotel across the road when next passing Tours way."
