"The room was clean, there was nothing negative about the hotel in itself. You do have to make sure someone is there or you can't check in. But they write this on their own website of the hotel too. The only thing is that it was quite high in the mountains. We had stayed in another hotel by the water the night before and that was great. this hotel was a little remote and you had to climb many steps to get into your room. "Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Locations isn't great free shuttle bus helps with this. No pool on site which isn't clear. Can use a pool in nearby hotel, but when we tried they weren't very keen"
