"The property is located in a beautiful scenery, far from city, plan accordingly Check in advance if they are offering all the services for the season . We got a message offering fresh local breakfast, We signed in advance, however we were informed they have not opened this service for the season and was an automatic message."

"Unfortunately, the park hotel is a bit run down. A few things we noticed that would have improved our stay are; TV remote did not work, there were no kettle or hot drink facilities, the lift buttons to levels 2 & 3 did not work therefore we had to go to level 4 and walk down the stairs. Additionally, the car park... although the staff were polite etc, they told us about the 24hr parking price, however it was not explained that if you leave the car park with that 24hr period, you are charged...

"Better than expected because they have refurbished since the property photos were taken. Basic room but clean and comfy. Stunning view of the waterfalls from our window. Bathroom door handle was loose and squeaky."

"Rooms did not have proper curtains. They were not blackout at all and one of the curtain was missing."

"Hotel was nice and very convenient to busses and the train. Breakfast was excellent. Luggage storage was available. Bed mattress could be updated to be thicker. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
