"One of the most horrible stays. When we landed in the place the AirCo was not working, amenities were missing (no toiletries). First we were told things will be fixed the next day and next day morning we were told that it will not be and will be provided a 10 euro refund. Rude and unacceptable behaviour from the staff as well. Very unpleasant stay"

"We were looking to book a home in New Hampshire that was driving distance to the Ice Castles. This was 2 families. So the layout was perfect with essentially 2 master bedrooms. The 3 teenage girls slept in the loft with plenty of room. This home is beautiful! The house is very well stocked with everything you need. Not just linens and towels but I even did not need to bring my spices and crock pot:). Diana was very responsive anytime I reached out with questions. Upon arriving to a snow covered...

"A pleasant spacious house, but lacked a good gathering space for all of us. No washing machine was a real problem. No freezer, either - and a bath would have been very welcome. It was odd having two kitchens. The surroundings were lovely."
