"The best things about this hotel are that it is a 1-minute walk from Villach HbF; the rooms (at least mine) were clean and quiet, despite proximity to the train (and bus) station; the desk staff was friendly; and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. It's a 10-minute stroll from the old town and the most scenic part of Villach."

"Everything was great except for the children running around 24x7 on the floor above us. I realize not much the hotel can do about that but it kept us awake so not relaxing. The apartment was perfect otherwise - lots of space and small kitchen, too!"

"Wonderfully welcoming small family owned and managed hotel. Gregor and his father are so friendly and helpful as are all the staff. We were given room 5 for our 3 night stay which with very large with a separate living area and balcony with a view of the mountains. Decor and furniture are fairly simply but feels quite homely and most importantly bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms, though, appear to have been recently modernised and we had a walk in shower. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Good buffet breakfast is included with cooked to order eggs, if you want them. There is on site parking both outside and in the underground garage and even a small fitness room. The location is just a 5 min walk to bars and restaurants in the small village centre. Excellent place to stay."

"Lovely hotel on the edge of town, rooms were quiet and comfortable. WiFi was a bit spotty/weak but otherwise a great spot for exploring Soca."

"It was a great stay overall. The hotel is a bit dated, breakfast is not impressive, but our room was clean, the view was fantastic and the pool was great, large and warm, we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect too, and the view from our room!"
