"Great stay great hotel happy with everything"

"Parking lot under construction and lot was very full. Staff was friendly and helpful even allowing early check in after arrival in overnight. Room was very large. Bathroom ok. Too few towels and soaps. Bathroom toilet slider door didn’t close all the way. Shampoo in reusable wall pumps but no washcloths. The worst part were the beds. Terrible. Very uncomfortable and small and tilted towards head. Tossed and turned all night. Ugh"

"This is a unique hotel and is a destination in itself. The maintenance of the ship is very good and we were glad to see all the people both staying and visiting. Having sailed on the ship, it was nice to be back on board. The only way to access the public rooms is by purchasing the tour, even as a hotel guest. But access then is good and I was able to see things closed to passengers when the ship sailed. The lounges are now all event venues, so devoid of furniture. Main negative is it’s an isolated location with little around it. That said, there is frequent bus service to the Metro and also a water taxi to various locations in the harbor. (All extra charge)."

"We arrived before our room was ready, however the 2nd floor was a nice lounge with food and beverage (self-service) with CC payment. Ideal for waiting. Hotel close to lots of amenities, sites, and transport. Air conditioning was a little weak,but advised front desk who were going to check it out. Front desk staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property."
