The hotel packed us breakfast to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. "Everything was what we hoped for! The staff was so above and beyond and the restaurant was delicious. They always called a taxi for us, the room was very modern and had charger ports in walls, plenty of towels, everything you could hope for it did We explored Florence and Tuscany while here and weren’t able to take advantage of the spa amenities so we can’t comment on that. "

"Beautiful little hotel in a perfect location - a few blocks from the train station, one block from the tour bus stop and the market, a few blocks from El Duomo and from there, a few more blocks to the Uffizi and the river. Perfect! The staff was always helpful; they even set up breakfast for us an hour and a half early so we could catch a train. Breakfast, by the way, was terrific. This was the second time I'd stayed at this hotel and I wouldn't go anywhere else!"
