As paredes da muralha têm 732 metros de comprimento e 7 metros de espessura. Foi fundado por Saint Cyril em 1397. The Kirillo-Belozersky Monastery is a male monastery of the Vologda Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, located on the shore of Siverskoye Lake within the city of Kirillov, Vologda Region, which grew out of the settlement at the monastery.
