This 2-bedroom detached holiday home for 4 persons is located in Volkel with authentic details such as the beautiful hatches, the large beams and old-style furniture. Guests are allowed full access to this home providing you with complete privacy and no human exposure, keeping you safe. The sauna will keep you refreshed here.

From here, you can easily take many hiking and cycling tours through the countryside. You can play golf at the golf course de Leemskuilen just 8 km away. If you want to eat out, you can find several nice restaurants and shops in nearby Uden. Or you could visit Grave, an old town by the Meuse river. The beautiful city of Den Bosch is of course also worth a visit. And the Efteling is less than an hour by car away.

To enjoy outdoor living, you have a sheltered terrace and a spacious garden. Evenings are better with barbecued meals, authentic red wine, and light music. In case you have children along, a children's bed and a high chair are present.

Ons verblijf in Volkel was fantastisch. Een geweldig vakantiehuis in de vorm van een hooiberg. Ruimte genoeg om met een rollator doorheen te lopen. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn erg gastvrij ( Brabantse gastvrijheid), vriendelijk en attent. Een aanrader!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Besitzer. Kaffee, Tee und ein Keks wurden sofort angeboten. Schöne Aufteilung des Heuhaufens. Besonders gut gefiel unserem Kind das Kastenbett. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer geschaut, ob es uns gefallen hat. Wir sind mit der Unterkunft und den Eigentümern sehr zufrieden. Alle Vielen Dank!

Ein schönes und gemütliches Haus für einen langen Wochenendurlaub. Sie werden von der Inneneinrichtung begeistert sein. Gemütlich mit netten Managern, die Sie mit Kaffee begrüßen. Besuchen Sie unbedingt die antike Scheune im Hof! Wunderbare Betten.

Sehr gastfreundliche Gastgeber. Schönes und attraktives Haus. Geräumige Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigener Toilette und Dusche/Badewanne. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu unternehmen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch einmal hierher zurückkommen.

Das Haus war nicht sauber, es roch muffig. Auch die Handtücher waren nicht sauber. Und überall waren Spinnweben. Nicht schön, wenn Sie allergisch gegen Staub sind.

Haus mit vielen Antiquitäten und daher attraktiv. Im zweiten Badezimmer + Toilette im Erdgeschoss sowie in der Toilette im Obergeschoss muss man aufgrund einer antiken Zisterne etwas aufpassen, aber das sorgt für das gewisse Extra an Nostalgie. Der Gasherd mit zwei Brennern funktioniert einwandfrei. Für die Kombination aus Mikrowelle und Backofen muss die Außentür geöffnet werden, da sie sich in einem angrenzenden privaten Raum befindet, aber sie funktioniert einwandfrei. Eine Waschmaschine brauchten wir nicht. Der Geschirrspüler ist eine halbierte Version, aber Gläser, Besteck, Geschirr und Töpfe/Pfannen passen gut hinein. Die Sauna im Raum neben dem Wasch-/Ofenraum ist wunderbar. Und nach der Nutzung sind Sie wunderbar privat, ohne jeglichen Einblick. In Bezug auf Möbel; alles antik. Das Sofa könnte ausgetauscht werden, da es recht hart ist. Im Obergeschoss ist die Hochzeitssuite mit der freistehenden Badewanne fantastisch. Auch hier ist Vorsicht beim Wasserhahn geboten. Etwas zusätzlicher Sonnenschutz wäre wünschenswert. Das Haus liegt an einer ziemlich stark befahrenen Straße, was vor allem durch die nahegelegene Bodenschwelle beeinträchtigt wird, die dazu führt, dass der Verkehr langsamer wird und man oft wieder aufs Gaspedal drückt. Anscheinend haben sie es in dieser Region sehr eilig... Nach einer Nacht haben wir uns zumindest daran gewöhnt. Nelleke begrüßte uns mit Kaffee und Keksen. Grandios! Darüber hinaus haben wir keinen Kontakt zu den Eigentümern aufgenommen, was für uns in Ordnung war.

Molto carina piccola casa! Un buon e amichevole ospite! Lo stile antico della casa è molto interessante! Assicurati di chiedere come utilizzare subito il drenaggio del bagno, Siamo andati con i bambini, e a loro è piaciuto molto! C'è una sauna, ma non c'era luce dentro!
