"The hotel is quiet and safe and the rooms are very clean. Transportation is very easy. The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are high and spacious. The food in Chios is good. The sea is blue and clear like the whole Aegean. The beaches are wonderful."

"There are no other hotels with a modern aesthetic in Chios. This hotel, across the street from the ocean, is a wonderful exception. Pros are architecture, reception area, meals and pool front rooms. Downside is somewhat uneven restaurant service with most wait staff needing a refresher course on the basics, very sparse rooms with not well thought out furniture arrangements, lots of kids, lots of smokers with wind blowing in your face, loud music at pool, no one allowed to sit in ocean view bar for any meal — only for drinks. It is theoretically walking distance to the main town but not a very pretty walk nor a very pretty town. Taxis anywhere can be called and are very reasonable for an island. Airport is very close but very few planes fly over so not much of an issue. Wish there were umbrellas to be able to use pool sunbeds without burning. And at these prices you should get more free water and some snacks. "

"Great property. Well maintained. Staff very attentive. A tasty Breakfast was included . My only comment, it states there are laundry facilities. I took that to mean that there would be machines available for me to wash our laundry. What they mean is they will send out your to be cleaned and then brought back. The day we checked in the person who did the laundry was off. We ended up finding a laundry in Chios for 10 euros a load- very reasonable for wash, dry and fold. Not a complaint just a misunderstanding on my part- over all a great stay"

"Wonderful four day stay. Have been to this property many times over the years. The service and overall quality is still excellent. The front office staff could not be more accommodating. Very efficient, cordial, and helpful. We were even able to check in early due to our ferry from Athens coming in early. They were very flexible and incredibly kind. We would highly recommend this property. Breakfast room is beautiful!"

"The room well accommodated three people. George was a wonderful host. Very helpful and helped us with any questions we had, helped make dinner reservations, etc. Only real issue was the shower. It was small (although this is not unusual in Greece), but it was the way it was constructed, all the water would spray out onto the bathroom floor, so we were constantly mopping it up. Otherwise, I would recommend!"
