Perfect for our stay at Volcano, thank you for upgrading us to a king room, it was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The contactless check in was easy, just pick up and envelope from the lobby with your room key and instructions. The help yourself towels, coffees and toiletries was a very nice touch. Overall we were delighted with our stay in Volcano and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Clean and comfortable. Very quiet location in the rainforest close to volcano national park. The self check in was easy. The room was much more spacious than we expected. It can be a little hard to find especially at night. Our room had a small kitchenette that was convenient as there are not many places to eat in Volcano.

Clean room with everything you need. Couple fans, wall mounted fireplace heater, dehumidifier which kept the room dry enough though bit louder. Bigger bath with separate dressing area. Very close to Volcano NP and the communication with the host was top notch. Not much food options near Volcano NP but good food in Hilo. Nice little garden area with koi pond. Overall we loved it and we will definitely come back here. PS - Parking like others mentioned can be bit tighter but it was ok. We came in a 4door wrangler and was able to squeeze in without problem. Full size suvs might be a problem. The last spot near exit is big enough to park a full size suv.

Nice big room. A bit eclectic i, but very clean and comfortable. Although there is no A/C it was cool enough at night that it wasn't necessary as long as there was a fan blowing. Still, It felt quite humid and towels, etc did not dry out. It was very nice to have a good coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave, plus a couple place settings with metal utensils. Everything seemed relatively recently updated. The bathroom was nice and big. Overall a great experience and would be happy to stay here again.

A visual treat on our journey around the Big Island. We loved Room 104! Huge dining table/island, double sinks and double showers in the bathroom, ample supplies. Only suggestion is to have more dinner plates and utensils. Beautiful grounds with koi pond, waterfalls. Quick drive to Volcano and Village. A must when visiting Volcano. This was such an amazing property! I loved the uniqueness; the space- with the separation of the 2 beds; the dehumidifiers; the "fireplace" heater; the huge shower-- they even had a showerstool for me to borrow which was handy due to a bad leg; the kitchenette had everything I needed! Mahalo! I'll be staying there again!!
