"Mi estancia en este hotel tuvo tanto cosas positivas como åreas a mejorar. Lo bueno: las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas y la vista al volcån es espectacular. El espacio verde también es encantador. Sin embargo, hubo varios inconvenientes: el hotel no ofrece restaurante en ciertos horarios, y la comunicación del servicio falló: no me avisaron para el masaje ni me enviaron la bata prometida. Ademås, el årea verde estaba abierta sin avisos claros, pero al día siguiente nos dijeron que no podíamos estar ahí. También, en el desayuno, aunque estaba incluido, nos cobraron un extra sin habérnoslo aclarado antes. El hotel tiene potencial, pero definitivamente necesitan mejorar la comunicación y la atención al detalle. ¥Ojalå ajusten esos puntos, porque el lugar tiene mucho potencial!"
