"Loved the quirky quaint charactet of the hotel which still had comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely stay again. Helpful staff, especially Agata and Martina. Worst part is RECEPTION IS ONLY OPEN UNTIL 7:00 pm. Must check in remotely otherwise. We arrived at 7:30 and were caught unawares. We almost most gave up and went somewhere else. Once we figured it out, it still took several calls to the hotel, reception problems, etc to finally get the code, and get it to work! Fun little complementary mini bar. Breakfast was fine - Elevators are between the floors - think of floor 1.5, 2.5, etc., meaning you wiil ha2 to take your suitcases up at least half a flight of stairs"

"It is a great place in the very centre of the city. You will be enchanted by the building - it is authentic and very well maintained. The room was not small, all the equipment functioned very well, the beds were comfortable. The breakfadt was generous. There are lots of eating and shopping options nearby as well as place to see and enjoy. It is important to know that the hotel is situated within the pedestrian zone and can not provide parking. There are a couple of big parking lots very close to it"

"Check in was easy (and an hour early but no problem). Parking underneath was easy & free and breakfast was great! Boring Canadian type coffee with milk available ... wasn't forced to have Cappuccino, Latte or any of the fancy Euro morning caffeine hits :)"

"The room was clean and smelled lovely. It took a little while for the air conditioning to start working, but once it did, it worked perfectly. The breakfast was great as always, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My child especially enjoyed the play area, which was a lovely bonus for families."
