"The Edition is a stylish hotel with a great design and atmosphere. However, don’t expect full 5-star service. There is no daily turn-down service, and housekeeping won’t make the beds or provide fresh towels unless you specifically request it. We had to call or flag staff each time, which was disappointing at this price point and brand level.
Overall, it’s a nice stay if you’re okay being proactive about basics, but it falls short of the seamless luxury experience the name suggests."
