Villa Shimunelka

The beautiful, modern Villa Shimunelka is located in the small coastal village of Peroj, just a few minutes' drive from Pula. This two-storey villa is set on a 4000m2 plot surrounded by pine trees. The open plan first floor consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, a bathroom and a beautifully decorated bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor you will find two more comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning. Next to the house is a covered wellness area with a jacuzzi and a bathroom. From the wellness area you have direct access to the large lawn. Villa Shimunelka has bicycles available for you to explore and discover the surrounding area. The special feature of this villa is the human table football! Spend a fun time with your friends and family while playing this extraordinary game. Even though the villa does not have a pool, we are sure you will enjoy the nearby beaches.

The villa is only a few meters away from the beautiful pebble beaches where you can spend hot summer days. Visit the city of Pula and its impressive monuments from Roman times, such as the amphitheater or the Triumphal Arch of the Sergi. At Villa Shimunelka, bicycles are available for you to explore and discover the surrounding area. Spend a day in the Brijuni National Park, take a pleasant walk on the island and visit the zoo. The romantic towns on the coast such as Rovinj and Porec or the historic towns in the heart of the Istrian peninsula are also not to be missed.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus auf einem tollen, riesigen Grundstück. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund.Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang von der sehr netten Vermieterin.Die Lage war für uns perfekt, ruhig, eher abgelegen, aber der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.Schöne Städte sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.Nur für Familien mit kleinen Kinder würden wir das Haus nicht empfehlen, da zwei Schlafzimmer incl. Bad nur über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen sind. Für Familien mit Teenagern oder älteren Kindern ist das aber alles klasse.
