"Nice water view from the room. Lovely long outdoor pool and close to a beach. Food at the buffet breakfast was good, the dinner was okay but be warned bring your own water or use the tap water as beverages such as water and coffee are included with breakfast but not dinner so bring the water bottle from your room. Overall a nice stay but only a couple of nice staff and the rest were snooty. Not a lot of smiling or happiness around so felt always like I was walking on pins and needles trying...

"Great location right in the center of the old town of Fazana. A few steps away from many restaurants, shops and the marina and a short 2 minute walk to the beach area. Very lively town in the evenings with most noise done by 22h so very quiet at night. The room was very nice and cozy. Bathroom was very clean with modern furnishings. "I’ve never stayed in a national park with a hotel and I’ve visited three in Croatia. They allow me early check end, which I really appreciate it. Also enjoyed the amenities. I used the golf course and also used a golf cart to view the sites the first day and the second day I walked for seven hours around the perimeter and revisited the Roman villa ruins, which was exceptional. The breakfast was very good."

"Property was lovely. Owner left lots of information to help us. We arrived in torrential rain and could not go out for food. With the information in the folder we were able to order online and get it delivered. Note that the app pauza for ordering food is now glovo. A great accommodation means a great holiday.
"We are two families with children who stayed in this beautiful house in March 2024, and it was a great experience. The area is quiet and away from traffic. It is located a few kilometers from the beach and is close to historical cities such as Pula and Rovinj. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the historic center of the town. There are a few restaurants, two supermarkets, and a pharmacy, doctor, and vet located within 2 minutes away by car. The structure is provided by a large parking lot. The garden is beautiful and it has a many plants and trees. From there, you can watch your kids play or swim in the pool while sitting and taking a rest in a cozy armchair. The house is very large and comfortable, with air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped. Everything looks great and is very clean. We had a wonderful holiday. The owners were very kind, available for all our needs, and provided us with all the necessary information. We will definitely return."
