"Best hotel in Kos! Everything was amazing, and the service stood out. The staff was beyond friendly and took the time to help find us local dinner reservations, walk us through things to do on the island, and answer our many questions. Maria was so kind! I did not get the name of the other girl at reception, but she was also so helpful! The atmosphere and amenities were top tier. We decided to upgrade to the room with the private hot tub which was very much worth it. The breakfast was also top notch. Worth every penny and would stay here again if we return to Kos. "

"The Hotel was 5* luxury. The staff, management were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Everything was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing and perfect outside area to have it. Location to Kos Town was about a 30 minute walk. The only thing I would criticise is on the Expedia website we had the option to pay at property at an extra cost. The hotels policy was payment had to be made 7 days prior to arrival. I did query this and the hotel, on this occasion, agreed we could pay at property. I couldn’t fault anything about the Hotel, beach was very private and well maintained with a member of staff readily available. Thank you Aqua Blu for a lovely holiday. "

"Wow what an amazing place to stay lovely view of the coast and access to the beach. We stayed here with our family with 2 young children lots for them and us to do! The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram. I would say maybe just have some ramps for prams to rooms but we didn’t mind lifting it up the few steps we had to. All in all this was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!"

"My overall experience at the D Andrea Lagoon was very positive. The customer service was amazing and the premises were great. The only down side of the overall stay would be the area around the hotel. This hotel would be for people that are looking to relax, without doing much. The private beach was also under construction, while I was told I could access the beach via de neighbouring hotel, I was not allowed to do that also when I got there. The hotel is far from everything else, the town/ restaurants are at least a 15/20 minutes drive away. Keep in mind that there are no Uber services available, so if you choose not to rent a car, the only way to get around would be by taxi (which can get pretty expensive). The overall hotel experience was very good and I’d definitely recommend it. "
