"This was the perfect place to lay our heads for our time in Amsterdam. Very close to many different attractions and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Roy was so accommodating and welcoming. We only stayed two days, but it made it easy to see the city in our short time here. Would recommend to anyone. The apartment is two bedrooms, a shower, a toilet and a kitchenette. Plus the owner has a beautiful dog that he will introduce you to :) Thanks again Roy! You are a great asset to any traveler....

"We had a wonderful stay and this is must visit place to make your holiday even more comfortable. Owner is very friendly and down to earth. Rooms are very cozy and there is alot of space to keep your belongings. Vintage dutch 3 storey house that has luxurious designed living rooms, bedroom and kitchen. Worth every penny and it is located right on the canal with amazing views and just a 5 min walk from the nearest tram station. I would be visiting again hopefully soon. "

"A unique spot and a unique room. Just be aware it is a typical old European(steep and narrow) climb to the rooms. Check in is in the bar/restaurant. They were very accommodating for my wife’s gluten allergy for breakfast and for supper. A little out of the way,but we used a park and ride to get into Amsterdam. "

"This property is at a convenient location. Distance to shopping and dining areas are walkable and the environment is beautiful. We absolutely enjoyed a stroll in the morning. Owner was kind and offered to help us move the luggage. The room is spacious and classy. Bathroom is clean and modern. We love it."

With the canals and open fields, it was a serene place. The compoind includes campgrounds and the campers were very quiet and respectful. Hughly recommned! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The space is just as described except we were surprised that the apartment is on the fourth floor, and the steps we're steep and narrow. That being said, there were a couple of pleasant surprises as well. We arrived before check-in and were invited to leave our luggage, and when we came back, all of the luggage had been brought up."

"The property owner, Marion, was absolutely outstanding. She gave us tips on what to see, where to eat and how to get there. She checked daily to see if we needed anything and that the apartment was clean. The two bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The location is excellent for seeing the sights and it felt like home after a hard day of sightseeing. The apartment is on the 4th floor but we didn’t have a problem even though we are in our late 70s. A lovely stay and a lovely manager."

They have fully renovated, modern and impeccably clean suites inside its historic buildings. "Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes. "
