This stunning penthouse apartment features a walk-out terrace for al fresco dining with stunning views across the rooftops of Viznar towards the city of Granada.
With three double beds and two bathrooms, this 120sqm apartment offers a maximum occupancy of six people with compact kitchen/diner, three bedrooms and a bathroom in an elegant modern style with some traditional touches and quirky details. A wood-burning fireplace contributes to the cosy and romantic ambience.
The living room and fireplace are on the lower level, where full-length picture frame doors lead you to the generous terrace. On the mezzanine level you will find the kitchen/diner, two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to a dormer-style en-suite double on the upper floor.
