Villa Laii is a charming stone villa with pool in the quiet village of Vrh Laii near Viinada and is suitable for children aged 6 and over. This fully air-conditioned house was built in 2014 and tastefully furnished. It exudes simplicity and elegance with its earthy colour tones. The villa is set in fenced grounds full of local flowers and spices, offering a tranquil setting for your holiday retreat. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, a cosy covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue for delicious al fresco meals and a beautiful garden that adds to the tranquil atmosphere of the villa. Viinada, just a short drive away, is a picturesque town known for its rolling vineyards, olive groves and enchanting views of the Mirna Valley, making it a perfect destination for those who appreciate the charm of the Istrian countryside. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of persons aged 26 years or younger.

Schönes Haus mitten in den Weinbergen. Sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Ausbruchssicherer Garten, ideal mit Hund. Sehr aufmerksamer Hausmeister-Verwalter (spricht sehr gut Deutsch). Bäder und Küche sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir kommen aber gerne wieder.

Ein wirklich gutes Haus. Der nicht mehr vorhandene Insektenschutz an den Fenstern muss unbedingt wieder hergestellt werden!
