"We needed an escape to recharge our physical and mental batteries and Joli's Bayou provided the charge that we needed. The home is off the beaten path, but is well worth the journey. "Overall it’s a good stay, great location and really easy access to the water, we love that! The host is great with quick response to our questions. While the house has some minor issues like missing some light bulbs here and there, not enough seats for the dinning table upstairs and ext. but overall it’s good."

"The stay was what I was all I was hoping for. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful and the lake only added to the experience. My overall experience with management was great. She kept lines of communication open. At one point we had an issue with a cabinet door hinge but maintenance was nearby and came right away to remedy the problem. "It was such a treat to stay at the French Cottage. The bed was huge and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The window unit kept it cold and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in the town of Jefferson. The owners were awesome and made sure we were checked in and okay during a bad storm that hit the downtown area. Would definitely recommend this cute little place."
