Já frequento o Hotel a mais ou menos 4 anos. E infelizmente nessa minha última hospedagem tiveram muitas falhas, e com isso veio a me prejudicar durante minha semana. Prejudicando meu rendimento no serviço com meus atendimentos aos clientes. Primeiro que o ar condicionado parou de funcionar e não tinha ninguém no horário para arrumar o nenhum quarto disponível para me mudar. Tv está funcionado apenas 2 canais e aberto ainda, pois segundo os funcionários estavam em mudança de operadora, poxa vida, muda primeiro depois tira!!!! E por terceiro a semana toda com Wi-Fi impossível de usar em horários de pico. Semana terrível!!!
