"It is a good, safe, medium-sized hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Plus it is close to the subway. The staff are the best part of the hotel. They are polite, friendly, efficient and reliable. "The beds were very comfy. They allowed us to store luggage for free before check in and after check in. Please note: Check in before 10 am means you have to pay for a FULL NIGHT. Check in between 10 AM and 3 PM and you pay for half of a night (but it includes breakfast, which goes until 11 AM). If you pay through hotels.com, be sure to check that they actually credit you that amount. They have to do it manually and might forget. The reception staff were very kind and patient and could speak English. The indoor pool was small but fun. If you are a foreigner and have your passport and pay with US dollars, you do not have to pay the 19% tax. "
