Villa Luisa, a modern villa with swimming pool near Poreč with a beautiful view of the vineyards and the sea.

Villa Luisa is located on the edge of the village of Bačva, 4 km from picturesque Višnjan, where the nearest store, bakery, restaurant, typical tavern and ATM are located. Poreč with its beaches, sports and entertainment facilities and Aquacolors aquapark is 14 km away. As for outdoor facilities, Villa Luisa offers its guests a swimming pool of 37 m2, a terrace with a dining table, a barbecue fireplace and two parking spaces on a fenced and well-kept garden.



The house has a capacity of 8 people and a total area of 150 m2 on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa, one double bedroom with satellite TV, own shower/toilet and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three double rooms, each with SAT-TV and its own shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

A beautiful new place, nicely furnished, very clean, and has everything you might need.

A beautiful new place, nicely furnished, very clean, and has everything you might need. Comfortable couch and dining area. The bathrooms were spotless, spacious and very pretty. The view was amazing, you can watch the sunset on the sea from the house, we loved the vineyards and olive trees all around. The pool is more suitable for families with children 8+ We enjoyed the barbecue, however, it is a little rough to cook on the open fire. The hostess was wonderfully helpful and kind. Overall, we loved the house.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht. Das Haus ist Wirklich wunderschön Und sehr modern eingerichtet. vier Schlafzimmer, jedes davon mit eigenem Badezimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat seinen eigenen Scharm, Mal mit toller Aussicht, Oder eigenem Balkon, oder Terrasse, TV in jedem Schlafzimmer + Großes Smart TV im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Elektrisches Hoftor mit zwei Parkplätzen. Alarmanlage. Am Rande des kleinen Dörfchen Bacva gelegen, Am Rande eines Olivenhain mit tollem Blick, am Horizont das Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen jeden Abend. Fahrt bis ans Meer, circa 15 Minuten. Nette Vermieter Luiza und Aleksandar wohnen direkt Nebenan. Einkaufen kann man im kleinen Städtchen Višnjan ca. 3km, Dort gibt es einen Supermarkt, Obststand und eine kleine Bäckerei. Wir waren dort August 2024 für zwei Wochen. Das Haus ist auch komplett klimatisiert, WLAN-Internet ist vorhanden. Ich hoffe sehr, wir kommen eines Tages wieder. Ein-und auschecken war problemlos. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub. Super schönes Haus. Allerdings hat es mit dem Check schlecht geklappt. Wir haben den Code für das Schlüsselfach nicht zugeschickt bekommen. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass die Schlüssel persönlich übergeben werden, da wir eine Uhrzeit angeben mussten, wann wir ankommen. Dort angekommen, haben wir einen Code benötigt. Mussten dann telefonieren und zum Glück jemanden erreicht, der uns helfen konnte. Das war nicht so schön. Leider.
