"Please notice that the reception closes already at 4 pm, even though the reservation email said that check-in is from 3 pm to 12 pm. So in reality the check-in is possible at the reception from 3 pm to 4 pm. If you come later, make sure that you get a separate email with the instructions to pick up the key - for some reaso we didn't receive it, and it was quite a trouble to try to get in to our room at 6 pm, as the phone number provided on the reservation confirmation didn't pick up after 4...

"We walked to the hotel from the ferry port and it was quick and convenient. The lobby was open late for us to check in easily. We stayed in one of the apartments and the staff had it prepared for us with 4 beds. We were pleasantly surprised with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The breakfast was simple, but good. The only negative was that the internet was not very good in our apartment. We had to go to the hotel lobby to get good wifi. Staying inside the city was an incredible experience. We loved the hotel and would stay again."
