A bit scary.

This hotel is WAY past its sell by date. Room is small and carpets grubby. No aircon but fan supplied. No safety windows in my room on the 6th floor. Very rough part of town. I used the free garage behind the hotel but advised to move it to on street parking g by the guys at check in. He was the best part of the place Breakfast was OK but limited choice, as expected at this chain. Have used the Kyriad, this one the worst and will not use again.

Personnel manquant totalement de professionnalism

Un réceptionniste non professionnel et pas très communiquant,très paresseux… Le matin pire encore,l’équipe d’entretien débarque a 9h00 en poussant le son des téléviseurs au maximum,hurlent et gloussent dans les coursives en tapant dans les murs. Je pense que c’est de la provocation,afin de faire déguerpir les clients plus tot mais qui ont tout de meme payer la chambre 80€!!!

Quartier à fuir où l’insécurité est omniprésente jusque que dans l’hôtel ce qui a rendu le séjour anxiogène. État pitoyable de la moquette tachée des couloirs jusqu’au chambre et qui laisse à douter de la propreté globale . En revanche literie très confortable et personnel d’accueil très agréable serviable et à l’écoute.

A fuir !!!

Le séjour a été affreux. L'hotel est dans un état pitoyable que ce soit au niveau des commun, mais également de l'état de propreté de la chambre, notamment au niveau de la moquette et de la salle de bain.

Pas encore à fuire mais pas loin non plus

C'est quoi cet hôtel, besoin d'un bon coup de rafraîchissement et un sérieux manque d'entretien. Premier soir on m'appelle dans ma chambre passé 23 h pour me redemander mon nom suite à un problème informatique, urgent cela ne pouvait pas attendre le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin. Et pour couronner le tout dernière nuit alerte incendie passé 22h en nous indiquant après être sortie dans les règles par les issues prévues à cet effet que c'était un simple incident technique, mais quel blague vraiment, bref il n'y a pas grand chose qui va dans cet hôtel.

La salle de bain était grande, mais malheureusement il y avait un toilette suspendu qui va bientôt tombé, donc la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Dans l'évier , je ne pouvais pas soulever le capuchon universel. Il manque une barre de douche pour sortir car on risque de glisser. Il serait agréable de changer la moquette dans les couloirs, et il manque des patères dans les chambres.
