"Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. "We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...

"We loved this house and are hoping to return next year. The pool was the perfect temperature for the kids and having air-con in the bedrooms meant we slept very well despite the heat. The view from the terrace is beautiful and we found our stay very peaceful. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we found Edwige very helpful - checking in and out was made easy.
