"The "Room, Multiple Beds, Oceanfront" with double pullout sofa bed sleeping 5 was what was advertised. What we got was two queen beds on a platform against a wall the long way so the foot of both beds came together in the middle and no couch, so no pullout bed or sitting area. The drop down wall desk was useless as it extended too far and anything placed on it would slide off. When I went to the hallway locker to grab an extra pillow I was locked out of the room because the deadbolt was faulty,...
"This makes the second Moxy we have stayed at and both times it did not disappoint. In fact this trip we seek out a Moxy because of experience at the one in Kentucky. All staff members we interacted with from the valet attendant to check in and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing pool and some other games in the lobby and always enjoy the laid-back and trendy atmosphere. We took a nice walk from the hotel to the riverfront, which was beautiful at sunset."
