"It was conveniently located for visiting Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The room was clean. We arrived on Thursday. The included breakfast on Friday was sparse compared to other Best Westerns. Not a lot of options for gluten free, no hot food unless you microwaved the breakfast sandwiches available, not even hard boiled eggs. The coffee was good, but only one sugar free/diabetic option and no half and half. There was a large variety of creamers but not simple half and half or lactose...

"Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable, as well as quiet. Our beds were also comfortable. The location felt safe. As a bonus, there are beautiful mountains all around! "
