"Hotel was mostly nice. Breakfast was good & the bed was comfortable. It was dirty in the room with old hair on the bathroom walls & toenail clippings on the ground. /: elevator inspection also expired in 2022. "

"First time staying at Hyatt House in San Jose. What a great experience from first step in lobby and being welcomed by Cecilia at the front desk. Cecilia was so amazing! Super friendly and helpful, such amazing service. So informative and made sure if we needed anything to just give her a call at the front desk or just ask anytime we were in the lobby. Cecilia went above and beyond my expectations...really top notch service!"

"I booked the Carlyle based on at the pictures and reviews. While they were all fairly positive, I was skeptical. The price was much less than other hotels in the area. We were pleasantly surprised. The location lacks charm. But being only a block from the highway was perfect for getting where we needed to easily. The room was quiet,very clean, and the beds comfortable. The kerig coffee maker with pods in the room was an added bonus. The hotel management was also very quick to respond to a text I had with questions. An excellent choice for the price."
