It had everything you could wish for to make it a special stay.The owner John was incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was so much trouble for him. "House is located in a terrible neighborhood, hence the vehicle blocking the run-down house/yard in the first photo of the listing. The smell inside of the home is horrible. There are roaches as big as the palm of my hand and the owner is aware because there are many signs claiming that the house is frequently bombed so he is well aware. Vrbo helped the owner make excuses for this unsafe envelope. I left the home only after the 1 night of a 4 night stay. The house is in need of a DEEP clean and...

"The location is perfect for easy assess to the beach and South Miami. Place is clean and feels like home. Steve is very responsive to questions and messages during our stay. Overall it is a great place with very affordable price. Highly recommended!"

"Thank you for hosting us . House was exactly described as the listing and very clean. It is half hr from Miami airport and 11 bedrooms was a perfect fit for 11 of us traveling . Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed pool and hot tub which was clean as well. Bonus was complimentary wine from the host. If visiting Miami I would love to stay again. "
