"This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. " The check in process was a bit weird with the virtual reception desk and wasn’t what I was expecting but it was smooth. And the pull out couch and bed could use a mattress pad but I only there one night so no real issues! "

"From the freeway it looked kind of sketchy with lots of old beds and things outside on one side of the property and it looked old. I didn’t like checking in the casino with lots of people smoking but the room was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the marina view was beautiful! We asked for extra blankets and they arrived within minutes. I’d stay here again."
