Beautifully updated and redecorated, this adorable beach house has more fun than one twice this size! The path to the beach access is just one house down and you can see the ocean from the back deck. When you aren't at the beach you can relax by the pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy ocean breezes in the shady outdoor living area under the house. Besides the pool, there is an outdoor ping pong table, a basketball goal, cornhole boards, and horseshoes in the ample backyard. You will LOVE the outdoor 'Limbo Bar' ready to welcome you and yours to land on 'Island Time" and get your limbo on before you get to the door! The first-level master bedroom has outside access only, giving extra privacy. The central location is close to Sandbridge Market, restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. Bring your passwords and enjoy your favorite streaming services in all the bedrooms on new Smart TVs, with cable service on the Smart TV in the top-level living room including a sports package!
