Filthy and roach infested! The photos are clearly from years ago, because there are stains on the carpets, walls, curtains... everywhere. There was a dirty q-tip pn the bathroom floor under the sink, and trash as well as blood on the floor of the elevator. The plaster on the walls was missing chunks and there were cigarette butts in the pool. The pool and "aqua club" were supposed to shut down at 10/11 pm but remained open past midnight. Parking is advertised as 10$ per night but wss raised to $50 because of an event. Finally, I waited 20 minutes for my room key, only to get to my room, unpack and get settled before other guests tried to get in. They were assigned the same room and given access while I was still in there!! The front desk called and told me I had to pack up and move after this happened, rather than reasign the guests who hadn't yet gitten settled. Huge invasion of my privacy. Would NEVER stay here again! I highly disuade others from staying here to. Absolute trash!!!

Nothing special about the property. Lady at checkin was nice. Lobby was filthy, floors were dirty. Needs a good scrubbing. The elevators seriously needed cleaning. I was afraid to touch the buttons. It creaked and shooked. The carpet in hallway was filthy. The room was nice. Not enough towels and no towel holders in the bathroom. The balcony was a nice size but needed cleaning. Didn’t trust the breakfast so we ate elsewhere.

I never had an experience like that! We travel a lot and had stayed in Quality many times in different part of US. All the time place was clean and stuff was welcoming. This time it was horrible from the first minute. Nasty people at the front desk, parking across the street that you hardly can find a spot, main lobby was felty. Seems like they are in the middle of renovations that are being done unprofessionally. In the pool area wheel barrel in every corner with cement, or top soil and construction materials all over. We booked 4 nights. After second night I had to bag for fresh towels, tree times my husband had to go downstair to the lobby to reactive them. Apparently you need to request room service. Once you request, still nothing happens. no one cleaned our room in five days. Black mold all over shower ceiling, no grout between tile and shower pan, so mold starting to grow there as well. Not to mention breakfast, this was a total disaster. Long weekend, place in full. People coming to eat and there is three regular toasters, that takes 8 min to toast a slice of white bread, sawdust bagel that still frozen and two Belgium waffles makers and everybody standing in line to get them. We just turn around and went to Starbucks. I wish we could of change and go somewhere else, but Memorial weekend, and all hotels are full. I don't know how Quality does not check on their franchise. it is embarrassing.
