Located in the center of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk area surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Kamla Condo has 2 Bedrooms each with their own private baths and a half bath in the hallway. You have a Large Balcony overlooking the Beach/Ocean and Boardwalk to enjoy gorgeous sunrises in the morning and a glistening moon at night. Large Living/Dining room, Cable, 3 Flat Screen TVs, Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Kitchen with updated appliances, counter tops, and cabinets. Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, Ceramic flooring. 47" Flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room and 32" Flat screen TV in the master bedroom and balcony overlooking Atlantic Avenue. New HVAC in 2023.
Security gate with Reserved Covered Parking for 1 Car - No Extended Lengths -nothing over 206 inches and no extended Heights- must be less than 7 feet. Come enjoy local food, live entertainment, sink your feet in the sand, splash in the waves and have fun at the Beach!

7 Night Minimum Saturday to Saturday only. Linens and Towels are not included with the rental.

Family groups only. No pets. Smoke-Free Facility.

A signed rental agreement is required and will be emailed once your reservation has been confirmed.

Cancellations: If you have to cancel, the money paid less $100 cancellation fee will be refunded only if the property is re-rented for the same time and amount. Admin Fees are not refundable.

Great rental all around

This rental was in prime spot for tourist part of virginia beach! The host was great about communication.... before, during, and after! The rental was emmaculately clean! This rental had ample dishes and cooking utensils for our family. The other renters in the building were friendly also! I would highly reccomend this rental for anyone looking in the area!

Enjoyed it

The condo was clean and comfortable. Master Suite had a comfortable bed, TV with cable, and a whirlpool tub/shower (the bathrooms were dated but functional). There was a balcony that faced Atlantic avenue but I never used it as it was always busy and I preferred the oceanfront one off the living room The 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds, a TV and a tub/shower bathroom. The kitchen was nicely appointed with pots, pans and dishes. It had a stove and microwave and dishwasher. I cooked most of our meals. The dining room table can sit 6. The living room had a comfortable sleeper sofa and TV with cable. The oceanfront balcony was the best! I loved that the condo was ocean front and very easy access to the beach. It was centrally located to many restaurants and shops. The cons... The parking lot was a very tight fit--the parking spots had to be smaller than regular-sized spots. The building was very secure--maybe too secure. We had a fob to get into the parking lot, a fob to enter the stairs/elevator and keys to unlock the condo door. I wish this would be updated to codes for all the doors or a bracelet for all staying in the condo. It was a pain to have my kids meet me in the parking lot to let me in from the beach. But, there were no homeless people in our parking area and they slept on the street outside. I felt safe always. There is no pool (not really a con for me) Overall I highly recommend this property. Perfect for families with teenagers.

No air no compensation

We spent an entire week without air. Had to purchase fans and keep doors and windows open. We could only do this part of the time because the street was so loud and the constant smell of marajuana wafted through the air. The area was a party street with countless homeless and people high from all the weed. The three security doors to get to the room should have been a red flag. There were NO amenities. Had to bring own towels and sheets/blankets. They did send a link to a rental company… the day before arrival. Not even one roll of paper towels was there… just a quarter roll in the kitchen and a sheet and a half in the 1/2 bath which looked like they had been left from previous guests. There was no warning about oversized vehicles until check-in info was sent. Our vehicle is an SUV. Luckily the nice guard allowed us to park in the front guest parking because we would not fit in the back. Listing showed remodeled front of condo, but back section was VERY dated. The place in general was run down. Could not get fridge doors to shut properly. Could not get dishwasher to start… maybe because it was not firmly attached to cabinet and would slide out some when opening door. I could let several things pass, but no air conditioning for a week without any effort from homeowners to compensate is unacceptable! Now I know why there was a seven day minimum stay. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE again!

Location, location, location 😊

Great property right on the beach overlooking the ocean. Great size! Gets a bit loud on weekends with the cars going by on Atlantic with their radios blasting but the property itself is fantastic! Watching the dolphins in the ocean while sitting on the balcony with your coffee make up for anything else.

Such a great property!!

We've now stayed in two different KAMLA condos and both have been fabulous... The building is in a great location, the set up is great for traveling with kids, and everything is always clean, current, and comfortable - EXACTLY what we want for vacation!

Great location, Clean Condo.

This was our first VA Beach vacation but not our last. The condo was very clean, very well equipped and well kept. The location of this building is exceptional right on the beach and near all kinds of entertainment and activities. Our two 'less positive' comments are 1) the A/C, especially in the master bedroom, is not good. and 2) the exterior of the building and stairwells don't leave a great first impression - they need refreshing. The security deposit was refunded promptly, which is appreciated. All in all we - were very satisfied with this unit and I'd give it a 4.5 stars if that were possible. We'll be back!

Just Okay

The location was wonderful and the parking was fantastic. Being able to walk to the beach and have morning coffee while watching dolphins play in the ocean was amazing. That's where the complements end. The air conditioning was horrible. The bedrooms were so hot we slept in the living room. There was only a one hour window to pick up keys and when we arrived in that window no one was there. We had to call. So exhausting. For the money we paid I was not impressed. I wouldn't recommend it.
