Nicely furnished oceanfront condo includes: living room with oceanfront balcony, new furniture with queen sleep sofa, 40' flat screen TV with DVD player. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, master bedroom with king size bed, balcony overlooking the inlet, 32' flat screen TV and adjoining full bath. Second bedroom with 2 double beds and 32' flat screen TV. Third bedroom with king size bed, 32' flat screen TV and balcony overlooking the inlet. Second full bath is near the third bedroom. Sleeps 6.

Condo Amenities: Indoor heated swimming pool, fitness room, coin-operated washer and dryer facility on same floor, elevator, 24-hour security, showers in pool area, private parking garage

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

Perfect Spot

Great place with nice views. End of the boardwalk right by park on the beach. Perfect for kids only complaint is the pool is indoors so we really didnt use it.

great condo for family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was perfect size for our extended family, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in also, Great Location at the beach too with nice restaurants nearby. We would stay here again. Parking is only issue as Condo only comes with one space and additional parking for the week costs a premium if available.

Fantastic Views!

The condo is beautiful. You can see a view from every window. There are 3 balconies (2 on the bay and 1 on the ocean). There is plenty of room for a large group to spread out. Plan on walking as parking is scarce and expensive. Everything you need is in walking distance from the condo. We enjoyed our week and wished we could have stayed longer.

2 complaints- parking is terrible!!.. only 1 spot for a condo that sleeps 8.. had to pay for 2nd spot( not cheap) , that there is no guarantee you can get, other option to park 6 blocks away! And don't take a big vehicle... low clearence! That should be made known before booking. Indoor pool is chlorine... eyes burn just being in the room! Otherwise nice place to stay.

Great Experience

The condo is well appointed, in a nice building and in a great location on the boardwalk. Booking, check-in and check out were easy. My family of 7 had a great time here for a week and we are looking forward to returning.

Beach stay

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. We had a few small issues and Margie was right on top of it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Property

Overall, this is a great property. Condo was clean. Everything as advertised. Property manager is responsive and helpful. Close to the beach playground for the kids and the indoor pool is convenient for rainy days. The roof of the pool looks as though it hadn't been opened in years. Condo is also close to the inlet to the lakes so you can boat watch from the balcony. The only complaint which is more of a personal preference and no fault of the property, is being at the end of the boardwalk. In the future, I may consider somewhere in the middle of the strip before booking here again.... But I would not have a problem booking here again.

Location was fabulous

We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic with beautiful views from all the balconies. The kitchen needs storage for dry goods though. The unit was very clean. We did not care for the cleaning product smell but bought Febreeze to help cover it up. Margie was very communicative on check in and check out but didn't tammy need her during our stay. We had the bonus of seeing the Blue Angels air show from our back balcony and perfect weather. Most everything is walking it biking distance. The pizza place across the street was very good. We hit the beach every day. Oceanfront made that an easy trip. Doesn't get any better.

Ocean view corner room

All around great experience from start to finish. Margie and her team were very responsive and even with a small issue with one of the toilets, they responded and were at the condo within an hour to fix it for us. Highly recommend this property and all it has to offer. It’s right on the boardwalk but still allows a quiet getaway with plenty to do within walking distance.

There were a few nevatives only bc we were realistic. 1. 2 keys for a party of 8 werent enough 2. The pool was closed most of week and they actually do not open pool roof any longer . 3 . were able to get direct beach access from pool but had to go completely around to get back in property . the positives far outweighed the few negatives and we adjusted approriately. The property was spacious and none of us were under foot at all. The ocean balcony was amazing to watch the dolphins all week and saw several even jump and play in the wake of boats. While close to all the shops and on the boardwalk, was at the quiet end and the beaches werent crowded at all. We were able to walk to everything including rentals at rudee inlet . plenty to do for the teens. The property manager was easily accessible and available for the couplw issues as well. Would absolutely stay there again.

Unité de coin avec grand balcon, très bon emplacement. Ameublement un peu fatigué mais complet et propre. Cuisine plutôt bien équipée - mais apportez votre tire-bouchon!

Great times

The scenery from the front balcony was nothing short of fantastic. Like what they did with the kitchen by recessing the refrigerator into the Master Bedroom wall and created a flow thru walkway in the kitchen. With all of the drawer space, we didn't miss the loss of one side of the MB closet at all. The apartment was clean, the furniture current and was in great shape. We plan to come back.

We liked it!

Let's get the negatives out of the way first. On our hallway floor we could smell what the neighbors were cooking daily. The exercise room lacked some weights. The parking spaces were very narrow. It's an older building built around 1978 and renovated around 2009. None of these are the unit owner's fault. Now for the positives. The views of the ocean and boardwalk are beautiful! The sun rises outside of one balcony and sets on the other. This is a corner unit which receives plenty of light during the day and cool breezes in the evening. The unit inside is tastefully decorated with a beach theme and vibrant wall colors. Fully furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. We stayed a week and enjoyed the beach access and the trolley. We would do it again!

Great stay!

Location, location, location!! We can’t say enough about the location of this condo!! Reviews were accurate. No kuerig, the worst toilet paper ever, and super small kitchen are only complaints. The 3 bedrooms are very large and we’re perfect for two families with 3 teens/preteens. It was clean and kitchen appliances were new. Friendly front desk staff. Off site check in/ check out not convenient, but that’s what you get with vbro. We would return.

Great Beach, location of property, convenience to events, restaurants, bars and beach activities.

While we had a terrific week, this particular Condo lacked in a "beach feel". There were a very few items inside the unit that were colorful & beach themed but my biggest "constructive criticism" (and as a rental property owner myself) was that there was very poor quality toilet paper, (very little paper towels), no working wine opener, no Kuriug coffee maker, no soap and a poor selection of wine glasses thus we had to go to the grocery store before we could even spend the first night. The things I mention above are a very little cost (investment) for the owner and would set a very different feel for the next renters. Thanks, Chip

Excellent condo and location

Had a great vacation in Virginia Beach and size and location of the condo fit our needs nicely. The location was perfect overlooking the ocean and the marina on the backside. It is located at the quiet end of the strip but yet close enough to walk to bike to the activity. Highly recommend!
