Come and experience summer fun at this luxurious condo secluded in Virginia’s southernmost location, Sandbridge Beach. Condo amenities include elegant and comfortable furniture and bedding, like a sectional, coffee table, and dining set, and a full-size washer/dryer. The well-appointed kitchen has a Keurig, granite countertops, custom ceramic tile, and stainless steel appliances. This condo is perfect for those who love to hang out by the pool. Located on the first floor (pool level), this luxurious getaway is just steps away from all the fun! Also conveniently located next to the fitness center, library, and outdoor Viking grilling stations and seating areas for the whole family. Relax on the private patio while watching the kids in the pool. Exclusively for your use, a large storage closet is conveniently located on the garage parking level.

The main bedroom has a TV and DVD player for your viewing enjoyment and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also includes a TV with a DVD player. You’ll enjoy the video game chairs, and an additional twin rollaway bed in the closet just in case friends stop by. A large 42-inch LCD TV is in the living room with a DVD player that will be great for a relaxing evening after a fun day at the beach. The complimentary condo amenities include three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
