I enjoyed my stay at the Beach Carousel motel. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I loved being just a short walk form the beach and being next to the Virginia Legends Walk. Overall a great experience and would book again!

The room was clean and it felt like you were at home. the staff is very nice and welcoming the pool outside was fun. It was a good walking distance to the boardwalk and carnival. very quiet hotel . Everything was good except the issue with toliet making loud noises throughout the night and air not working leaving the room hot even with the fans provided. Overall experienced 9.5.

The staff was superb. They are all friendly and very helpful. However, you have to take all kitchen needs. There are empty cabinets, so you will have to take everything to cook with, including a coffee pot. You are only 1 block from the beach with great access. The pool is very well maintained. All in all, a very nice place to stay for inexpensive.

Quiet, Comfy beds, friendly staff, great location. Perfect for a little 2 night getaway. Older hotel, if you’re looking for super fancy look elsewhere, but if you’re like us and just need a place to shower and sleep, this hotel is perfect.

I have no idea where to start. Based on the reviews that I read here on Expedia, they were wrong. I do not know why these people and this hotel are still in business!! I think I’m going to let the pictures tell you the story. And if you think you’re gonna get service for your room and towels, think again. You have to request it. Moldy shower, trash around the hotel, rooms falling apart, stained towels, toilets that were not secured, dirty microwave and much, much more. Y’all may be wondering why we just did not leave and go to another hotel, well, there were no other rooms available within a 5 to 6 mile radius. If they were available, they were $1600 for three nights. This hotel was prepaid with absolutely zero refund. They did that on purpose, I see why. There will be a formal complaint filed with the city. ONLY positive things were the location and the staff was actually friendly.

I would definitely book here again it’s an older building so it’s not fancy but it was spacious and slept our family of 5 I slept peacefully heard no noises or disturbance it’s only a 3 minute walk to the beach which was convenient I would definitely book here again
