"This is a great location in the central lake area. Close enough to to more touristy areas, but more like a local neighborhood. Near to the Lenno boat which has regular service in central lake area. We had 9 adults, 3 couples and 3 singles, and more than enough room for everyone (singles had their own room) Four floors, with parking and sauna room at street level (basement) with an elevator. "Beautiful property, magnificent lake views from all bedrooms. Excellent location, easy walking distance to restaurants, a main attraction historic Villa, and the ferry. Owner took her time explaining how to get to each attraction, best bakery, recommended restaurants which lived up to the hype, happily arranged water taxi, and was responsive when we had additional questions throughout our stay. Loved it all!"

Amazing communication by management - always prompt and responsive. We needed a new set of knives and pasta fork and management brought it the next day. "This is a WOW property upon arrival in a great area. Andrea, the property manager was incredibly responsive before our arrive and during. You arrive to open a large garage (had mid size SUV that easily fit) and inside is the private elevator to take you to 3 floor. Floor 0 - very clean garage. When we first arrived I emailed the person at the management company and copied the two gentleman that the info in the unit said I should contact a couple questions and was ghosted. "Charming house with lovely view. Positives were the open plan central floor where we could all meet, and the view from the top floor bedroom. Negatives were the regular power cuts, the smaller bedrooms are hot without AC, and the walk to Menaggio is 30 minutes and of questionable safety in sections. Overall we had a delightful stay, a great time was had by all and George was really helpful !"

"We are just back from a wonderful break at the villa in early May 2024. The villa is better than the listing shows as they have refurbished since the photos were taken. Very clean and comfortable with full amenities. We had beautiful weather so were able to really enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas and a dip in the lake. We really enjoyed a peaceful week, mainly hanging out at the villa."

"Simply the prettiest place we have visited! Breathtaking and the apartment is in a great position. Everyone in the building was friendly and our kids had a great time. They loved the pool and jumping in the lake. "The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "
