"THIS IS A LITTLE GEM OF A PLACE, ITS GOT EVERYTHING YOU NEED LOADS OF ROOMS AND WELL EQUIPTED KITCHEN, WE ARRIVED IN A VAN WITH A MOTOBIKE ON THE TRAILER, THE ACCESS IS ON A DIRT TRACK TO THE HOUSE WHICH IS TIGHT, BUT ONCE PARKED UP THE BIKE WAS MODE OF TRANSPORT NO ISSUES, THE AREA IS STUNNING THERE ARE 2 HOUSES BEING BUILT TO THE REAR, BUT NO WORK WAS CARRIED OUT WHILE WE WAS THERE. ITS A GREAT PLACE TO EXPLORE FROM THANK YOU"

"We stayed here for a week during the first week of July and had a wonderful time in this beautiful secluded chatel set in the mountains above Morzine. This was our 4th trip to the area in summertime but our first time that we hadn't stayed in an apartment. We decided to push the boat out a little this time and it was well worth it. "Fantastic property, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The chalet was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and warm. The kitchen was really well equipped, perfect for a family of 5 or more. The garage was ideal for storing all the ski equipment, everything had been thought of. Great views across Samoens and a short walk down hill to the village. Highly recommend this wonderful property."

"The property is very well appointed and the location is ideal. We know Samoens well, having stayed there frequently over the last 20 years and we were very impressed by the chalet. The next door neighbours act as agents for the owner and are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay in this chalet again."

"Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au chalet de la diablerie. La propriété est très bien équipée et à proximité des chemins de randonnées. La vue de la montagne de la terrasse est magnifique et le coucher du soleil illumine les monts d'une lumière légèrement rosée. Ces 14 jours en juillet nous ont ressourcés et le temps de plus était vraiment très beau. Le soir la température tombe vers les 20 degrés ce qui permet de passer des nuits agréables. Il y a pas de nuisance sonore. Nous remercions...

"Het huis was heel fijn, van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren met 14 personen en de keuken was hier goed in voorzien. Ook heel fijn dat iedere kamer een eigen badkamer heeft. Voor de bus naar Pre la Joux moet je een klein stukje omhoog lopen, is op een paar minuten loopafstand. Het centrum kun je lopend bereiken, ongeveer 20 minuten. We zouden het huis zeker aanraden!"

"We stayed for a week in March 2020. Excellent property, well equipped with everything you need. Very quiet, in a rural setting with a great view. The ski bus stops just down the road so getting to and from the property was really easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Julien et nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce chalet magnifiquement décoré tout en bois et pierre avec une superbe vue et à l ecart du monde ! Très bien situé, il est à quelques minutes du sommet où nous pouvions admirer le panorama à 360' et avec vue sur le Mont Blanc ! De retour le soir, nous avons apprécié les parties de billard au coin du feu de la cheminée qu on nous avait gentiment préparée. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !"

"We couldn’t have asked for more for our first family holiday with our little girl and 4 dogs! Perfectly located just outside of Morzine in a gorgeous quiet little village, dog walks on the doorstep and close to ski lifts for when we had granny on baby sitting duty allowing us to hit the slopes! House included everything we needed and more, perfect for chilling out with the family and dogs after a day in the mountains."

"Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"If you want the best view of Mount Blanc and privacy then this is the place for you. We loved this place. It was higher than the other villas and came with character and history. A great place for a get-together with friends and family. You do need a car."
