Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet. Der er fri adgang til spa-området og en sød have “Zen Garden”."

"Loved the hotel and the location. We booked the hotel for the heated pool, but could not get to use it as it is only open for a limited number of hours (11 am to 8 pm)"

"This was our favorite room in Italy. We liked the minimalist style of it and were happy that we actually had space to move around. Also, it’s very close to the train station. The reception was also very nice and easy to talk to and we enjoy the breakfast."

The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts.
