"Let's put it this way..I would not stay there again. First off both Moscow and pullman are college towns...so most of the rentals happen twice a year for graduation. That in mind...when we got into the room, both the sink and tub water was brown. I had to let the water run 10 minutes before it ran clear. Secondly the TV cable did not work, so no TV. My daughter travels with a fire stick so we were able to watch a movie. Then the upstairs neighbor was really load...maybe more sound proofing needs to happen. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, cereal, juices, coffee , biscuits & gravy. It was available from 6-10 which was nice if you needed to sleep in. Lots of available parking. Arby's and Wendy's and liquor store that you could walk to in 3 minutes. Idaho University was across the street."

"This place was just okay. The room was not overly clean, but not filthy. The bed appeared clean but the chairs at the desk were covered in brown stains and the bathroom was a little dirty. When we arrived there must have been a blown fuse earlier in the day because none of the lights (or the air conditioner) were working so the room was so stuffy! Luckily we were able to find the fuse box in the hallway. Also, while the property did supply ear plugs, the space was incredibly loud and light shine in around the door from the hallway and through the curtains to the outside, so it was not a very restful night sleep. While the stay was acceptable I definitely would not stay there again and do not think it was worth the cost."
