"The only issue was during dinner at d restaurant. We had to ask three times for the dessert menu. When we finally got it, we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to approach us,and ask what we wanted for dessert. We left without ordering it. It was a 170 euro dinner and I still left a very generous tip out of courtesy but tgey need to assign specific waiters to specific tables so tgere is continuity of service and consistency."

"Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean the attention to detail is probably the best I have ever seen. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and well equipped. The views are stunning and we watched the sun go down every night. The staff are very polite, helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend this hotel as a base to explore this beautiful city! "
